all right Let me tell you a little story that’s been bugging me for the past weeks.

I’ve been looking in some online shops for Lolita or visual kei based clothing.
I thought I bought myself one hell of a cool product in this one shop... But it seems they are just screwing with you, so I thought I’d warn those that ever decide to buy something off [link] (A.k.a. VisuSky)

I shall start at the beginning
25th of January I saw this one hell of a cool Coat online in VisuSky.com shop. I just couldn't help myself coming back to that product ‘cause it was so beautiful and cute! Eventually I bought it. everything went well, in the description they said the shipment could take 2 weeks. Ok I wouldn't mind waiting 2 to 3 weeks for a coat of 85,- euro's. Without any shipping costs + the fact that a coat would be around a price like that.. I got excited, I just loved it to pieces.

after 2 weeks I decided to go back to check on my order. until I found out it was still "preparing order" The moment I saw that I started wondering why? I mean...when would I receive that item with such long shipment date? I mailed them in the hope to getting a date about when it would be ready to be shipped. (up till now I haven’t heard anything back yet.) Then 2 days later I went back to see how or what and that’s the moment I got scared like hell and felt like I could pull out all my hair from my head and scream it all out!…

They Changed the product photo and the information. Not notifying me in any way. The pattern of the coat changed big time into one hell of an ugly pattern and now the description said it took 1 week to send the product….hello? why would they be able to send it within a week now while it used to be 2 to 3 weeks?
So I let Gakou put me down a mail hoping they’d answer that.[I would’ve been to harsh in that mail cause I was so angry and shocked of the big change in the Coat] (and again I haven’t gotten anything back yet.)

Then I decided to use PayPal to get my money back. I’m not sure how it’s called in English…but it’s that you contact the seller and could “solve” the problem with them. And if nothing happened you could put down a claim. I waited 5 days for them to answer me...again nothing. So I put down my claim this Saturday, ‘cause I was going to celebrate Carnaval and wouldn’t be on for the next 2 days.

I received a mail from them yesterday telling me:

“Dear Customer ,

The status of your order changed.

Comments: We are very Sorry for the Delay on your Order. Your Coat is ready for Shipping now, if you still want it then please Resolve the PayPal Case, as soon as we hear from you we can Ship it. We are Sorry for the Delay and we hope to hear from you soon. Best Regards Sven visuSKY.com

New status: Preparing Order
For questions, feel free to anwser to this mail. “

BTW the order was already in that status, so nothing “changed”

Then today I checked back seeing they again, updated the site and this time creating new rules. They are pathetic. Seriously. I mean:

3.3.
The pictures showing the Product(s) in this Website may not be identical to the Product(s) as shipped to the Customer. The Seller shall have the right to supply the Product(s) which do not correspond to the pictures appearing in this Website, provided that the said Product(s) perform substantially the same function as described in this Website.

“Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God“ wtf?

10.1.
All Product(s) provided in connection with this Website are on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except as otherwise expressly agreed, Seller makes no representations, warranties, covenants or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, as to the quality, suitability, accuracy or completeness of any information, content, service, or merchandise provided through this Website. Customer expressly agrees that the use of this Website is at his or her sole risk.


Seriously. Those Terms and conditions weren’t even there when I bought my Coat. They are now trying to cover up their scam, so if any of you bought something of this site and if your not too late then please claim your money back as soon as possible. Long Live PayPal. Right now I am waiting for the money. By their hands or by Paypal what ways it will be, I do not care.

So be warned for this Site. DO NOT TRUST VISUSKY That’s all I have to say for now and ehm...thanks for reading and pass it on~ <3
